Return & Exchange Policy

At Alchimia Art Studio, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to return a product for any reason, please follow our returns process outlined below:

Return Request: To initiate a return, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions to submit a return request.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, our team will review it and provide you with a return authorization if the return is eligible under our policy.

Packaging and Shipping: Please carefully package the item(s) for return in their original condition, including any accessories or documentation. Use the provided return shipping label or address details to send the package back to us.

Return Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange as requested.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping fees or restocking charges, if applicable. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you once the return is processed and approved.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

The buyer who decides to return the purchased goods pays for transportation at his own expense.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact.
